Set up automated workflows for efficient vendor communication, task management, and status updates within the CMS.
Workflows allows you to build automation through out the system that involves communication requirements. It is attached to surveys, bulletins, emails, and various trigger points based on data field updates. Majority of fields that are in the system can be used as trigger events.
To add a workflow:
• Select “Add a New Workflow”
• Name it and select the right trigger option
• Select who the workflow will impact – team, individual or external email
• Select the email template associated to the automation
• Select the recurrence of the automation
• Click on the “Create” button to save
By selecting the pencil, it will allow you to edit the workflow. If you select the blue document, it will navigate to the email template associated with the workflow to edit it.
