Surveys allow you to build out a “Score Card Survey” that can be sent to internal teams to provide context on the capabilities of a Vendor. These surveys are simple – they are a series of questions that are graded on a scale of 1-5, 5 being the highest. The scores aggregate and provide an overall score assigned to the Vendor. Notes about surveys:
• There is a Survey URL that you can generate that can be assigned to specific vendors
• Surveys are a trigger option in workflows if you want to set up a survey to go out to a specific team every year about a specific vendor or all vendors
• Survey tasks are catalogued in the “Checklist” section under the Vendor
• Surveys are a series of questions graded 1-5
• Vendors obtain an aggregate survey score
• Surveys are aggregated onto the Vendor Profile and can be viewed in “Access Control”
