This section goes through the overall process that is required to connect a Vendor Account to an existing Main Company. Here are the overall steps:

1. Vendor must first create an account found at this URL: Vendor Creation

2. The Main Company must have their Company Tenant ID – this is found on the Company Profile while logged into the account

3. You can access any contractor’s Vendor ID through the “Subcontractor Hall” by searching for the contractor’s name and clicking “copy” on the Vendor ID (COMING SOON) or retrieving it from communication with the Vendor

4. Once the Vendor ID is obtained, submit the “Business Sponsor Request Form”. This can be found on your Company Dashboard or in the Subcontractor Hall

5. The business sponsor request form needs to be submitted by a business sponsor with the Company Tenant ID and the Vendor ID – if this is clicked on from the Subcontractor Hall, this information will be auto-populated.

6. Once submitted, the request is catalogued under the “Vendor Network ” area in the status “In-Pending Verification” – selecting this option will allow you to approve the vendor

7. Vendor will receive access to update their “Vendor Application” which collects initial information. Vendor needs to submit the Vendor Application to move to the next step. This has a series of steps to it.

8. Vendor’s application is listed in the “Task Checklist”. Once approved, you assign the “Vendor Profile” to the Vendor.

9. Vendor now completes the checklist from the Vendor Profile – uploading required Legal, Finance, Safety and Vendor Management documents

10. Company obtains tasks on the documents being uploaded via “Tasks” and approves them

11. Vendor now uploads “Team Members” to the Team Member Section

12. Once Team is uploaded, the Vendor assigns Job Titles to the individuals – this allows the Vendor to upload credentials for each Team Member under the company

13. Once credentials are uploaded, tasks are assigned to the Company to approve the credentials

14. Credentials are approved or rejected by the Company – once all documents and all credentials are approved, Company can put Vendor in status “Fully Approved for Work”
