The requirements section is used to build out “Vendor Profile” requirements. These requirements are assigned to the Vendor during Vendor Onboarding. Options include:

• Creating E-document signing requirements

• Creating training matrix requirements

• Creating document uploading requirements

• Creating form fillable requirements

• Housing draft documents

To create a set of Vendor Profile Requirements:

1. Select “Add New Profile”

2. Fill out the initial information like Profile Type, Risk Level, etc.

3. Set your due dates on each section

4. Click on the “Add” button which will navigate to Unify.Sign

5. Upload your document templates that will be used as Drafts or E-sign documents

6. Select the Legal/Safety/Finance/Vendor management drop downs and select “Add”

7. Associate the right document to be added to the section

8. Select the appropriate settings – see final section for definition

9. Navigate to the “Safety Training Requirements” and select “Add Job”

Notes:

Courses are connected to the Unify.LMS – this allows for data to be shared between the CMS and the LMS. When a user completes a course in the LMS, it auto-populates the certificate of completion to the CMS

Multiple courses can be chosen per program – this functions as a OR parameter meaning that any of the courses in the list will submit a credential back to the CMS for approval

E-Doc selection means a DRAFT will appear to the Vendor during onboarding for that document

Upload Required means an upload button will appear and will be required for the Vendor to upload documents during onboarding

Email Notify means that the team associated to the specific documents will be notified when documents are provided

E-Sig means that a “E-Signature” button will appear for the Vendor to E-Sign the document through Unify.Sign

• Required means the E-Signature is required to complete that portion
